Welcome to the Shop Middletown WebRing!

I established the Shop Middletown WebRing to simulate walking through a Shopping Mall.  The WebRing is composed of member web sites of the Middletown Merchants Association.

Shop Middletown Stores

All the storefronts on the Shop Middletown WebRing represent individual merchants in Middletown, Lake County, California.  These merchants represent small-town America with a Western flair.  You may view a list of merchants on the Shop Middletown WebRing or continue reading to learn how to use the Shop Middletown WebRing.

Joining Shop Middletown

Please consider joining the Shop Middletown WebRing.  This is a great way to increase the visibility of your existing site -- plus, the WebRing is both easy to implement and free of charge  to all Middletown Merchant Association Members.  If you don't have a web site why not let Computer Taming help you create one for Your Business.

How do I use the Shop Middletown WebRing?

A WebRing is basically a ring of websites, connected in a circular fashion -- if you keep going around the ring in the same direction, you will end up back where you started. Here's how the WebRing buttons help you navigate the ring:

Click here when you want to...
[Skip Previous] list all the sites on the WebRing.
[The Shop Middletown WebRing] jump back to this page, the Shop Middletown WebRing homepage.
[Previous] go to the previous site in the ring.
[Next] go to the next site forward in the ring.

How do I Join the Shop Middletown WebRing?

To join the Shop Middletown WebRing, follow these steps:

  1. Have a Webring ID.

It costs nothing to have a WebRing ID and will give you the benefit of joining other WebRings to promote your site.

  2. Be logged into that ID.

  3. Submit Your Site for Review:

(Be sure to check the URL for errors before submitting.) In response, you will receive an e-mail with the code to use on your page. It also contains additional instructions and helpful information.

  4. Cut and paste the code for WebRing onto your homepage, preferably at either the top of your page or at the end of your table of contents. For help with this see the WebRing User's Guide.

  5. (optional) If you like, I can do custom code for your page that may blend better with your web design. Just e-mail me at peterconrad@hotmail.com for the code and instructions.

If your page meets the standards of the Shop Middletown WebRing, I will send you an e-mail and add you to the ring!
